I’m a ghost (an oak). No in fact, I am a mighty Redwood tree.

And I’m a Titan from that split. Yeah, I’m a Kronos enemy.

The ground where I grow is filled old spirits, creaks, and groans,

And there are places here where you just don’t go where they speak in tongues that nobody knows.

They’ll suck the calcium from your bones! Yes, they’ll suck the calcium from your bones! Yes, they’ll suck the calcium from your bones!

So be careful where you put your foot, dear, in my home.

Coyote sings itself across the sea,

And in the morning, the hummingbird will wake us with it beating wings.

This road behind me is now flooded with my memories,

And in turn I drown in the deluge of others’ generosity.

And what I’ve earned is what I’ve learned.

And the growing goes sloooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

Riding my bike next to this deer, I am a mellow wanderer, I am alive.

I am so clear.
